Refund Policy

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please call our office at (586) 795-8885 within 30 days of purchase to request a replacement. You may request a refund (minus shipping expenses) for any product within 30 days of purchase when you return the item in salable condition. Products purchased that are downloadable are not refundable.
